Absolutely! We understand that every event is unique. You can customize any of our packages by adding or removing services to suit your specific needs and budget. Simply reach out to us through our contact page or give us a call, and our team will work with you to create a tailored package that fits perfectly. Custom packages are priced based on the specific services you select.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations between 15-30 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your event to a future date at no additional cost, subject to availability. We recommend discussing any concerns with our team directly.

Delivery timelines vary by package. The Basic plan takes approximately 15 working days, Standard takes 12 days, Premium takes 10 days, and our Royal plan delivers within 7 working days. You will receive a private online gallery link to view and download your photos. Physical products like photo albums are delivered within 20-25 working days after your final approval. Same-day edit highlight reels are available exclusively with the Royal package.

Yes, raw/unedited photos can be provided upon request. With the Standard, Premium, and Royal packages, you can request the raw files at no additional cost. For the Basic plan, raw files are available for a nominal fee. Please note that raw files are delivered on a separate hard drive or via cloud transfer. We always recommend going through the edited collection first, as our professional editing significantly enhances the quality of the images.

Yes, absolutely! We understand that events can sometimes run longer than planned. You can add extra hours on the event day at an hourly rate, subject to team availability. We recommend informing us at least 2 hours in advance so we can ensure the team is prepared. Additional hours are charged at ₹5,000 per hour for photography and ₹7,000 per hour for videography, which includes both photographer/videographer and assistant.

We would love to! We frequently travel for destination weddings across India and internationally. Travel and accommodation expenses are borne by the client and are not included in the package pricing. We work with you to plan logistics well in advance. For international destination weddings, we require at least 2 months' notice for visa and travel arrangements. Our team is experienced in shooting at diverse locations — from beaches and mountains to heritage palaces and exotic venues.
